1. Services Provided

C-Suite Careers offers bespoke executive career services, including:

CV and cover letter creation

LinkedIn profile optimisation

Executive personal branding and styling consultations

All services are delivered on a bespoke, one-to-one basis tailored to each client’s professional goals.

2. Bookings & Payments

Consultations and packages must be booked via our website.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment through secure third-party processors; card details are never stored directly on our servers.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a partial or full fee, at the discretion of C-Suite Careers.

Refunds for completed services are not provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information for CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and consultations.

Any documents, images, or personal information shared with C-Suite Careers will be treated confidentially.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Client documents and consultations are confidential and will not be shared without consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All CVs, cover letters, and branding materials created by C-Suite Careers remain the intellectual property of the client.

Content on this website (text, graphics, images) is the property of C-Suite Careers and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While C-Suite Careers endeavours to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee employment outcomes.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
